Most of our work is bespoke and made to order. However, we have created a price guide for popular items such as doors to give you an idea of costs. For detailed pricing, please see our price list page.

Location & Currency

Copse Works is located in Japan. The currency used within Japan and this website is ¥ (Japanese Yen).

Delivery & Postage

Delivery arrangements are discussed on a project-by-project basis. For smaller items, we can calculate shipping charges for destinations within Japan and select international locations.

If you are located outside of Japan, please get in touch and we will find out the shipping charge for your location.

Note: If you are ordering from outside of Japan, you may be charged import tax.

Collection

Collection is also available from the studio by appointment only. This way we can make sure we are able to meet with you. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Problems with a Product

If you have any problems or questions about a product, please contact us so we can discuss how to help you best. All our products are made with care and attention to detail, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.

Care & After Service

Each piece is made to last with proper care. We provide care instructions specific to each item at the time of delivery.

Our work is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. However, this does not include accidental damage or natural wear from use.

If your piece needs maintenance or has been damaged, please contact us. We will do our best to help you with repairs or restoration work.

Time Scale

As most items are bespoke and made to order, lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We take orders on a first-come-first-served basis.

Once an order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated completion timeline. We aim to complete work as efficiently as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
